Is it possable
to go higher than 16 fire ??? like if i put another sup rune of fire on me will it goto 19??? or stay the same just wondering also the same with sup rune of vigor will my health go higher than with just one thanks

No. 16 is all you get out of runes and "hatties". Check out the spell "Glyph of Elemental Power" though. In addition, there are some weapons that give you a certain chance (20%) to get the attribute +1, e.g. The Kindlerock.

Easy ? to ask an answer lol, what does my armor have to do with a simple ?. Just was curious if i added 4 total runes would it jump it way higher not a noob ? like your trying to refer to. Special thanks to those who answered it for me.

i think hes referring to you having fissure armor(a non noob armor where someone would know this that your asking unless the armor was ebayed etc...)
although i see no reason why he thinks you have fow... |
